Interactive Dinner Parties
HANDS-ON COOKING DEMONSTRATION AND DINNER
Do you want to partecipate while Chef Thalia is cooking and learn some secrets of Italian recipes? Then let's take an apron and cook with the Chef! You will have a lot of fun in a familiar enviroment! You and your guests will take turns to assist the Chef following her directions.
Personal Chef Thalia will plan the menu and bring fresh and selected ingredients to prepare an authentic italian dinner. Chef Thalia will cook with you in your kitchen. The dinner will be served in family-style on large platters that the guests can pass around. At the end of the service she will clean up everything after herself. The client will need to provide the alcohol.
Some options for an Interactive Dinner Party:
- MANI IN PASTA: You will help Chef Thalia to make homemade pasta from the beginning. Spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, lasagne... it's your choice!
- GNOCCHI IN TUTTE LE SALSE: You will help Chef Thalia to make homemade gnocchi and different souces to season them.
- SCEGLI LA TUA PIADINA: You will help Chef Thalia to make piadine, a thin Italian flatbread, typically prepared in the Romagna region that you can fill with different ingredients. You and your guest can choose how to fill them or you can have a teast of each.
- PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA: You will help Chef Thalia to make Italian pizza starting from the dough.
Standard service value starting at: $155/person + grocery invoice
