Call Chef Thalia today and tell her in which Italian city do you want to travel with the flavores. You can choose one of the proposed cities here or you can ask her to find a menu from YOUR favorite italian city or even region.
Personal Chef Thalia will bring fresh and selected ingredients to prepare 5 courses authentic Italian dinner. Chef Thalia will cook in your kitchen, plate and serve the dishes. At the end of the service she will clean up everything after herself. Client will need to provide alcohol. Bartender service or rental service can be provided for an additional cost.

Chef Thalia will prepare:
- Antipasto di Benvenuto - Chef choice welcome Appetizer consumed before sitting at the dinner table, usually in the kitchen, in the leaving room or in the garden/terrace (complimentary Sapori d'Ithalia)
- Antipasto- Appetizer
- Primo Piatto- Pasta, risotto, gnocchi or soup
- Secondo Piatto - Main dish
- Contorno- Side dish
- Dolce- Dessert
- Caffe in mocca - Moka coffee, an authentic old style Italian Coffee (complimentary Sapori d'Ithalia)
Standard service starting value starting at: $200/person + grocery invoice
